How much is shipping on Artleove Shop?

We offer free worldwide delivery. The price you see is the price you pay.

How long will delivery take?

Usually regular worldwide delivery takes up to 7 working days. But in certain situations it could extend to up to two weeks. Most of our products are shipped from London, UK.

What exactly happens after ordering?

In most cases we try and pack your order within the same day and hand it to the delivery company the next day. 

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, we do provide you with an invoice. If you have any issues with receiving your invoice, contact us via shop@artleove.co, and we will take care of it.

How long do I have to return an order?

You have up to 14 days for a return of a product in cases of dissatisfaction. If the product arrived damaged we require a photo proof within the same or next day of delivery.

How do I add a gift receipt to an order?

You can purchase your gift card on our shop section. Search for 'gift card' to locate them. To use them, please enter the coupon codes provided to you in your gift card when checking-out. Gift card coupons are sent to you via e-mail.

Can the country receiving the shipment be different than the country of purchase?

Yes, country receiving the shipment may be different than the country of purchase.

If I buy several artworks, will they be delivered at the same time?

Each work is shipped by the artist or us. So if the two works are by the same artist, they may be delivered at the same time (under normal circumstances).
If they are by different artists, the delivery dates may be different.
However, if you have an issue and need them to arrive in the same place at the same time, let us know and we will arrange delivery accordingly.

The work I wanted is no longer available - can I commission a similar work?

A number of our artists accept commissions so please get in touch if the work you love is no longer available!

Is a certificate of authenticity provided?

All artworks for sale on ARTLEOVE come with a certificate of authenticity that is signed by the artist. Furthermore, all editions (photographs, prints etc.) are numbered and signed by the artist.

How do I find out if you have artworks by the artist I'm looking for?

If you have an artist name in mind, you can search for them on our shop. If there are no results, please contact us. We take all searches on our site into account and we will contact artists whose works interest our users. If the artist joins Artleove shop, we will let you know straight away.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

When is the payment taken out of my bank account?

When the work is shipped! When you make an online payment to ARTLEOVE, we receive pre-validation from your bank which confirms that the money is available in your account. Banks generally hold this money in your account until the final part of the payment process, but rules vary. Check with your bank to find out more.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Please take a video/photo of the damaged product and send it to shop@artleove.co, in order for us to arrange a refund. We will help you arrange to send it back with the same delivery company which you received your order.

Contact us as soon as you notice the damage, and please take photos to show us the current state of the work. According to the extent of the damage, we can either repair the work, or you can return it and you will be refunded. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Of course, please check your order/delivery status here. You can change or cancel/refund your order through your customer account.

Before the work has been shipped, you can cancel your order by email. Once it's been shipped, the cancellation period begins 14 days after delivery. If the work has been shipped, we will only refund you once the work has been returned to the artist in its original condition.

What is "order tracking" in my orders?

With your order tracking and customer account e-mail you can safely track the status of your artleove shop orders.

Can I be reimbursed through the original payment method?

Yes, we will return the amount paid to the original payment method.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

If the product is a non-limited edition print or design piece we will re-stock when available. You can subscribe to our newsletters in order to stay up-to-date with further information and updates from the shop.

Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, you can be sure of that. Only the color of paintings and prints might slightly differ due to studio lighting from the product images.

How do you choose the artworks available for sale?

We select our Artleove artists, and together we select the artworks of theirs to be featured on Artleove shop. Nevertheless, we do moderate the content and it is possible that we may remove a work if its authenticity is questioned.

Who can sell their work on ARTLEOVE?

We founded Artleove with the aim of empowering emerging artists to find their voice in the world of Arts and Culture. We identify emerging artists across the globe, specially suited to our Art-leovers tastes, by analysing our insights. Are you an artist? Please feel free to apply to feature your works on Artleove shop, by email or DM. We respond to all applications.

Can I still work with other galleries?
We believe that artists should have the freedom to sell their work wherever they would like. There is no exclusivity requirement with ARTLEOVE, and you will be able to continue working with other galleries and online platforms.

What does the heart next to artworks do?

This symbol allows you to mark your favorite artworks while you're browsing on Artleove shop, so that you can find them all in one space. To see this, click on the heart at the top right corner of the screen. To make sure your favourites are saved and so that you can see them on another device, we recommend creating an artleove account.

Can I change or cancel my order?
